Quick Tips

Place the Quality Seal and logo in separate corners of the design. The seal and logo are allowed to be different colors, but they must be either white, black or cabernet.

The Quality Seal and logo are no longer allowed to be stacked in this configuration. They must be placed in separate areas of the design, or the logo can be used on its own.

What must I have on Marketing Materials?

1. The Company Logo

2. Equal Housing Logo or Text

to download the logo

According to HUD guidelines, all advertising of residential real estate for sale or rent should contain an equal housing opportunity logotype, statement, or slogan as a means of educating the home-seeking public that the property is available to all persons, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.

The equal housing opportunity logo is a picture of a small house with the words “equal housing opportunity” directly beneath it. Note that the small house picture cannot be used without the words “equal housing opportunity” beneath it, but the words “equal housing opportunity” CAN be used without the small house picture.
