ACCESSING HUDHOMESTORE.GOV

Starting Oct. 29, 2023, agents who are interested in browsing the inventory in HUDHomeStore.gov, and in bidding on a property, must first register an account on the HUD Home Store. Follow the instructions below:

  1. Utilize our NAID number PNFDRL8715. NAID stands for "name and address identifier," and is the number that HUD uses to track the payee of HUD funds. Our NAID number is: PNFDRL8715 (Rick Wylie, Broker). Once you have your NAID number...

  2. Go to HUDHomeStore.gov. On the upper right-hand corner, click REGISTER, then BIDDER.

  3. Select SET UP YARDI ONE and follow the prompts to create a new account. This is a one-time setup for accessing HUDHomeStore.gov

  4. When the account setup is complete, you will be automatically redirected back to HUDHomeStore.gov.
