The Fall 2021 offering of Master the KEYS to Success will begin September 2, 2021. The following link will register you for this FREE 8-week Advanced Skill Building course.


Master the KEYS to Success is a two-month advanced real estate skill-building course created by & taught by myself, Steve Goff. The class meets one morning per week, 9:00 am to Noon, LIVE on Zoom, for nine times, surrounding 8 weeks. You will literally "master" seven KEYS to a successful real estate career.

  • Advanced Material - the course is NOT designed for brand new agents. At a minimum, you should have completed CORE Basics before registering. Ideally, those in this course have already taken listings and closed transactions. However, as long as your manager consents, any Agent is welcome to register.

  • High Commitment - Participants must attend EVERY session. If you cannot attend one or two classes, you will be required to watch the video recording.

  • High Accountability - Participants are required to complete Weekly Reports of how many leads, appointments, listings and sales you executed EACH WEEK.

  • Prepare for Success - Agents who complete this course will be prepared for Success. Past classes have averaged 7+ listings and/or sales per graduate during the 8 week course. If you are a newer agent, this course may be the vehicle to a six-figure per year career from now on. If you are a top producing experienced agent, the course will help you enter 2022 with a bang.

  • FREE & Exclusive to PenFed Texas Agents - This course is created, owned and taught by myself. It is not available to any other real estate brokerage or agent.

  • Oct 07 - Marketing - Home Staging, Pricing Strategies, Dialogues

  • Oct 15 (Friday) - A Day in the Life of a Mega-Producer or Team

  • Oct 21 - Objection Handling, the IRISH Close

  • ​Oct 29 (Friday) - Negotiation Strategies & Graduation
