PenFed Realty Texas is now providing legal assistance for our agents in the performance of their sales agent representations through Winstead PC Law Firm based in Austin, Texas.
PenFed Realty Texas agents can receive answers to legal questions and receive legal verbiage to be inserted in documents when appropriate.
In many cases your manager and/or Roxy may be able to provide you with the answer to your questions, so please contact one of them prior to reaching out to the law firm. In the event of an urgent situation, you may contact the law firm directly. The response may not always be immediate, but will be as soon as possible.
Agents should continue to contact Roxy Dyer with questions regarding forms and contracts and contact their managers for business policy, advice and direction.
Please copy your manager and Roxy on any email communications with the law firm. If you speak directly with the firm, please email a summary of your conversation to your manager and Roxy.
Note: The law firm will not provide legal representation to your clients. Your clients must seek their own legal advice.
