Homes.com, which was recently purchased by CoStar, now follows a strict, "your listing-your lead" business model. This means that when a consumer fills out a lead form for a listing on Homes.com, only the listing agent receives that lead (making Homes.com's business model radically different from Zillow and Realtor.com, who sell leads to any agent who wants to buy them).
While this is great news for listing agents, this could also be problematic if your phone number or email address in your Homes.com profile is not up-to-date. Homes.com will send you all the leads from your listing but you will only receive them if your phone and/or email in your Homes.com profile are correct.
