YOUR FEBRUARY 2019 GUIDE TO KEEPING THE FLAME IGNITED

Sharing the steps you should take in February to stay top of mind with your Sphere.

If you haven’t implemented the Keeping the Flame Ignited program, it’s time to start!  The best part is this marketing campaign doesn’t have to cost a dime and will outperform any other lead generation platform money could buy.

But it only works if you work it.  Referrals won’t magically start rolling in without a little bit of effort on your part.

Check out the video above for the step-by-step overview of the February Keeping the Flame Ignited Campaign.

February Actions Items:
  1. Week One  Social Media Post - Something that happened to you while working in Real Estate.  Closing Photos with your Client along with Photos of hot design trends you are seeing in Model Homes always do well.  Post on both Facebook and LinkedIn.

  2. Week Two Monthly Market Update Video - Create your personally branded Market Update Video and post to social media (Facebook & LinkedIn) - Click here for instructions Valentines Day - Post something on Thursday the 14th about how much you love your past clients, friends and family that support your real estate business!  You might also mention how much you love their referrals.

  3. Week Three Social Media Post - See week one. If you have any listings be sure to utilize the Automated Listing Marketing materials to share your listing on Social Media.

  4. Week Four Agent Expert Video - Showcase your Real Estate knowledge tackling topics buyers and sellers care about most.  Be on the lookout next week for a sample video & script for you to use.

  5. Birthdays and Anniversaries - Send Video Texts, emails and/or posts to Facebook.  Looking to stand out a bit more? Send handwritten cards in the mail and possibly include a $5 gift card to Target or Amazon.

FIRST STEPS:  BUILD YOUR SOI DATABASE

The number one thing an agent can do is build and maintain a database. However, very few agents ever get around to completing this crucial step. It’s not hard and you don’t need to learn fancy software to get started.

Haven't built your database yet?  Start with the video above to get started.

Already have your database in place? Fantastic!  Skip this video and check out the video at the very top to get your database working for you in February
