Mandatory NAR Online Ethics Class

NAR has announced a requirement for agents to receive ethics training every three years. The current deadline by which all REALTORS® must take the training is December 31, 2021. The following courses satisfy the training:

• Courses offered through a local association - MetroTex: 8/25, 9/29, 10/27, 11/24, 12/22; Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors: 9/25; Four Rivers Association of Realtors: 8/20, 9/25; Arlington Board of Realtors: 8/11 

• Realtor Academy: 8/19 & 9/16

• The NAR C2EX endorsement

• NAR Official Code of Ethics Online Training

If you completed TREC Legal II or another NAR approved ethics training in 2019, then you have satisfied the NAR requirement for the current cycle that ends on December 31, 2021. You will then need to complete the training every three years thereafter.

If you did not complete TREC Legal II or another NAR approved ethics training in 2019 then you must complete NAR Code of Ethics training by December 31, 2021. You will need to complete NAR Code of Ethics training every three years thereafter.
