Members Title is fully operational and here for all your closing needs.
We are available to you in a number of ways by phone, email or video call.
We are handling closings in a number of fashions in order to find a comfortable solution for you and your clients.
Below are steps we are taking to ensure we can continue business and
the options for closings.
For IN OFFICE closings:
The office is being cleaned and cared for with surfaces wiped down after every closing
We are using new pens for each closing
Hand sanitizer is available for every closing
Discussion with the parties ahead of the closing regarding any questions or concerns to allow for as brief a time as necessary to conduct a closing
Parties to a closing such as an agent or loan officer can call in or remote into a closing
We are closing in an open area and allowing parties to be six feet apart
For OUT OF OFFICE closings:
Mobile notaries are available for closings at locations outside of Members Title;
Docusign is available for cash buyers;
Docusign is available for cash sellers with those few documents that require notarization conducted in one of the other mentioned options;
We continue to work with lenders on the possibility of RON, remote online notarization, and are ready to handle these as approved;
