Recipients, The deadline of May 1, 2020 is nearly here. I have attached the explanation of the policy that was distributed to you in January. I have enclosed an explanation of the significant form changes. I have included redline copies of the two forms that are changed and a non-redline copy of the revised Residential Listing Agreement. The final version of listing agreement paragraph 6 A (2) is written slightly differently than in the redline version. The new versions are not yet in ZipForms, but must be by May 1, 2020.
