Marketing your listings just got easier...STARTING NOW! We’re excited to officially roll out Listing Marketing Automation: a simple, effective way to market all your listings and impress your clients!
We're "flipping the switch" starting at 1:00 pm October 15th, and you'll start seeing the automated emails coming in for your active listings. This process may take several hours to work through all of the active listings, so if you're not seeing your automated listing marketing emailed to you immediately; hang tight as it should hit your inbox by the end of the day.
For new listings, just enter your listing as you normally do into the MLS and you’ll automatically receive a fully-branded marketing package including the following materials branded to your listing:
Single Property Website, 3D Matterport Tour compatible
Flyers & Brochures with the ability to easily print professionally
Postcards and ePostcards
Social Media & PenFed 1.5% Rewards Graphics
Photo Tour Slideshow
YouTube Video Slideshow
Much More
These materials will automatically be emailed to you shortly after you enter the listing in the MLS—without lifting a finger. Plus, you’ll receive a fresh set of marketing materials EVERY time the listing has an important event, such as an Open House, Price Change or Sold. This means you’ll never have to worry about missing an opportunity to promote your brand and generate new leads.

The new Listing Marketing Automation replaces AgentMarketing.com. Please keep in mind as you utilize AgentMarketing.com automated websites that their service will end on October 31st. There will be a two week overlap where we will have both products to allow for time to transition between the two services.
