Hey guys! [JOE AGENT] once again with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed

Realty Texas & today I wanted to touch on new construction. Specifically, a quick look at

the process of building a new home & what you can expect if you decide to do so.

Step one with any real estate transaction is speaking with your lender. You need to

know what is feasible for you in terms of monthly payment so you can know your buying

power BEFORE looking at Models & specs. Once you have a grasp on your budget, let’s

go visit some builders!

After locating that perfect floor plan in the new construction community of your choice,

the fun begins. Your builder will schedule a design meeting to go over aesthetic &

energy efficient choices to be used in the production of your home. It is during this

meeting that you will pick your flooring, paint colors, countertop type, fireplace &

much more! After your selections are made, a timeline will be set on building your new

construction home!

Building a new home is an opportunity unlike any other, the chance to be selective

on the things in your home & watch it all come together is a truly magical experience.

Remember, working with an agent to secure your new home is the best possible way

to get the absolute best price & terms when it comes to new construction. If you’re

considering building a new home in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, give me a call to

discuss what is currently available.
