After August 1, 2021, all your completed DocuSign envelopes will be archived in your PenFed Realty Google Drive.
Please note: If you have a weknowtx.com (DFW) or penfedrealty.com (San Antonio) email address you may follow the instructions below to locate your archived DocuSign Folder.
If you utilize a different email other than a weknowtx.com email address, in the coming days you will receive an email with your individual link to a Google Drive folder with your archived DocuSign envelopes. The email will come from the email address "real.tech@penfedrealty.com" and should arrive to you in the coming days, if not already.
No action is required from you to complete this process.

Go to Drive.Google.com
Log in with your @weknowtx.com or @penfedrealty.com (San Antonio) email and password
Locate the folder titled “DocuSign-Archive”
How do I find a completed envelope if I don’t know the file name?
Thanks to the power of Google Search, you can easily search your archive. In the Google Drive search bar, simply enter a word or (better yet) a set of words that may appear in the envelope you are searching for. Google and its powerful search engine will do the rest.
Examples:
Search by the envelope’s signed or sent date using the MM/DD/YYYY format - "DocuSign 10/15/2020"
Search for a sender email address - "DocuSign name@email.com"
