Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has a marketing services agreement with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty company. Due to this relationship, BHHS must provide the TXR-2513 form as a disclosure in our residential sale transactions. The form is available in ZipForms and the links below.
This form is not an addendum or an agreement between the parties, so it is not listed in contract paragraph 22. It is a disclosure that must be given to both parties to the sale contract and the cooperating agent or listing agent if there is one. The requirement applies even if the contract is written on a builder’s documents rather than TREC or TXR forms. Both parties to the contract and both agents should sign the form to confirm that they have received it.
