A Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas agent who sponsors an agent recruit to the company that qualifies under the TeamBuilder Plan will be eligible to receive a quarterly bonus equivalent to 2% of the GCI of the recruited agent as long as both the sponsoring agent and the recruited agent are actively licensed with either Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas or PenFed Realty Referral Company.

QUALIFYING & PAYMENT GUIDELINES

In order to qualify as a sponsoring agent, an official registration form must be completed and accepted by the Branch Manager.

The sponsoring agent must be the procuring cause of an interview for the manager with the new agent. Registrations are valid for a 3-month period.

They can be renewed if the sponsoring agent is still actively involved in the recruiting process with the Branch Manager.

If the registration is not renewed, another agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas is eligible to become the sponsoring agent of this person if all guidelines are met.

A sponsoring agent may also register a prospect with more than one office, but must help secure an interview with the Branch Manager as well.

In order to receive any bonus, the sponsoring agent and the recruited agent must be actively affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas.

The quarterly bonuses will be paid within 30 days of the end of the calendar quarter.

Bonus income will apply to an agent’s earning levels for commission level determination under the agent’s commission schedule.

For the purpose of calculations and period of bonus due, “hire date” of the recruited agent shall be the date of delivery and acceptance of the signed independent contract agreement by the Branch Manager. • Bonuses are paid on closed business only.

All bonuses will be calculated based on adjusted GCI defined as gross commission income less referral fees, discounts/rebates, and royalty fees.

TeamBuilder bonuses will not be paid on agents recruited as licensed assistants or licensed team members under the company’s Licensed Assistant Approval Program and Licensed Team Member Program.

Teambuilder Bonuses will not be paid on referral fees paid to agents licensed with PenFed Realty Referral Company.

The TeamBuilder program will be administered in accordance with the Policy and Procedures Manual of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas.

There is no limit to TeamBuilder hires! There is simply a $5,000.00 annual cap on each hire.

A: Recruit an associate to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas and you will earn 2% of that agent’s closed GCI as long as both of you are with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas or PenFed Realty Referral Company.

A: Yes! TeamBuilder bonuses for agents that you recruit are paid regardless of office or company performance!
